1. What is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the products and the shipping destination.
2. Are taxes included in the shipping cost?
- Customs Clearance Fees
If the value of your goods exceeds the local tax exemption threshold, a clearance fee may apply. The tax threshold varies by country, and the fee is determined by the respective national tax rate. This fee is the customer’s responsibility. - Import VAT (for EU countries and the UK)
Import VAT is charged when the value of goods surpasses the local duty-free limit. The tax threshold differs by country, and the VAT is applied according to the national tax rate. This fee must also be covered by the customer. - Customs Duty
When goods exceed the duty-free threshold, customs duty applies in addition to clearance fees and import VAT. All related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Note:If a product is returned for non-quality-related issues, both the customs duty and return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
3. Can I provide an express locker address?
To prevent delivery issues, we recommend providing your actual residential or business address. The address should be limited to 30 characters in English.
4. What countries do you ship to?
If you can place an order in your area, we are able to ship to your location.
5. When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays, when processing will resume on the next working day). If you need assistance before shipment, please contact us via email or online customer support.
6. What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are shipped from our Asia warehouse and are generally delivered within7-35 business days, depending on the destination.

7. How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is simple:

- Navigate toMy Account→My Orders.
- Select the specific order you want to track.
- Access the order page.
- A tracking link will be displayed under the note information. Click the link to view your tracking details.

- Shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
- Tracking information may take up to2 daysto appear on the courier’s system. If the information is not immediately available, please check again after 24 hours.
